Men need authentic friendship. Men need God. Men need stories of the thrill of victory and the agony of defeat. Men need laughter. Men need permission to be and become men. And men need each other.

Fires are authentic, recurring gatherings where men experience God through the stories of other men around a fire. These fires seek to gather men around to share stories, laughter, and connection. As we launch these gatherings, we are looking for 5-6 men willing to host these times. The only requirement is a fire pit.

The goal of Core Groups is to help each other follow Jesus as disciples who make disciples: to be apprentices to Jesus who learn his ways and teach them to others. As you walk with Jesus and become more like him, there are markers of growth of a life submitted to God’s love and design. These groups typically have 3-5 members, and you meet monthly for two years. The expectation of these groups is that you grow deeply in your apprenticeship and you build deep, lasting friendships.
